Thank you for shopping at msfabulous.net. To fulfill your order, we collect your address, phone and credit card info which is collected and processed through PayPal’s secure site. Please remember that we've done our best to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent.

 

Shipping

We use UPS as our shipping carrier, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.  Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  Standard delivery is 4-10 days. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order.  If you need expedited shipping, you may contact us by phone to arrange 2nd-Day or Next-Day shipping. Costs will vary.  We do not currently ship outside the U.S.A.

 

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment. Complete the form enclosed with your shipment and send us the items that you would like to return/exchange.

-Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the shipped date.

-You may not return or exchange:  sale items, cosmetics, jewelry, lingerie, sunglasses, handbags, hats or gift certificates.

-Shipping fees are nonrefundable on both outbound and returned items (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).

-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with out damage box.

 

How do I make a Return or Exchange?

After filling out the form enclosed with your shipment you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible).  Attach the pre-printed return label to the outside of your return package.  Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance.  Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement. We are happy to exchange an item for another size or completely different item within 30 days the original purchase. Please email or call us at 831-625-0920 if you wish to exchange for another size. This way we can pull the size out of stock so we don't sell out before the returned items reaches us.
